Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 6, 2026

H.F. Kane Solutions Inc. ("H.F. Kane," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit hfkane.com, contact us, request information, apply for or use services arranged through us, or interact with a payment or digital-asset service that we make available through a third-party provider.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information handled by H.F. Kane. It does not govern the privacy practices of banks, payment processors, acquiring institutions, payment gateways, digital-asset providers, insurers, energy suppliers, financial-services providers, or other independent third parties. Those organizations process information under their own privacy notices and agreements.

When a third-party service, including a MoonPay service, is presented through a hosted page, embedded interface, application programming interface, or referral link, that provider may collect information directly from you. Review the provider's privacy notice before submitting information.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide

  • Contact information, such as your name, business name, title, email address, telephone number, and mailing address.
  • Business and application information, such as ownership details, formation documents, tax-identification information, business type, anticipated transaction activity, processing history, websites, and information needed to evaluate or refer a request for services.
  • Communications, including inquiries, customer-support messages, appointment requests, and other correspondence.
  • Information needed to administer our relationship with you, including agreements, preferences, and records of referrals, services, and compensation.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location, date and time of access, and cookie or similar identifiers.

Information received from partners

We may receive information from processors, gateways, banks, digital-asset providers, professional advisers, referral sources, and other business partners. This may include application status, compliance or verification status, limited transaction metadata, merchant identifiers, support information, and information necessary to calculate or reconcile referral fees or revenue share.

H.F. Kane does not request or store your digital-asset private keys or seed phrases. When a transaction is completed through a third-party provider, payment credentials, identity-verification materials, wallet information, and transaction instructions may be collected and processed directly by that provider. Depending on the integration, we may receive limited information such as transaction status, amount, currency or asset, provider reference number, and fees, but not full card-account credentials.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer or merchant support.
  • Evaluate requests and introduce or connect customers and merchants with appropriate service providers.
  • Facilitate applications, integrations, referrals, account servicing, and provider communications.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
  • Satisfy legal, regulatory, contractual, compliance, audit, and recordkeeping obligations.
  • Administer agreements and calculate or reconcile fees, commissions, or other compensation.
  • Send service communications and, where permitted, information about products or services that may be relevant to you.
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and protect our rights and the rights of others.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Payment processors, acquiring banks, payment gateways, digital-asset providers, financial institutions, insurers, energy suppliers, and other providers when you request, apply for, or use their services.
  • Vendors that support our website, communications, customer relationship management, security, analytics, document management, professional services, and business operations.
  • Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, auditors, consultants, and compliance providers.
  • Government authorities, regulators, courts, law-enforcement agencies, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of our services.
  • A buyer, investor, lender, successor, or adviser in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to service providers and commercial partners as necessary to provide requested services, process referrals, maintain integrations, and administer compensation. Where applicable law treats a particular disclosure as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising, you may exercise the applicable opt-out right by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Payment and Digital-Asset Services

H.F. Kane provides consulting, integration, and referral services. Independent third-party providers are responsible for their own regulated or operational activities, which may include customer identification, know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks, sanctions screening, payment authorization, transaction execution, digital-asset conversion, custody, delivery, and settlement.

H.F. Kane does not custody customer fiat currency or digital assets, execute digital-asset trades on behalf of customers, or move customer funds without customer authorization. A third-party provider may decline, delay, cancel, or place limits on a transaction under its own policies and legal obligations.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, fraud prevention, preferences, analytics, and performance. The website may also use third-party tools such as Google reCAPTCHA, which are governed by the third party's terms and privacy policy. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies, although doing so may affect website functionality.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, administer relationships, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the services involved, and applicable requirements.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security measure is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send payment-card numbers, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or other highly sensitive credentials through ordinary email or website contact forms.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may unsubscribe from non-transactional marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contacting us. Depending on your state or country of residence and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a copy of certain information; restrict or object to certain processing; or opt out of certain disclosures.

To submit a request, email info@hfkane.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Digital-asset and payment providers may impose higher minimum-age requirements under their own terms.

11. International Processing

12. External Links

Our website may link to or display services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your interaction with them is governed by their own policies.
